Welcome to BayesCMD's documentation!

BayesCMD is a package intended to expand the capabilities of the
Brain/Circulation Modelling (BCMD) framework. It introduces the ability to
obtain posterior distributions for model parameters by using Approximate
Bayesian Computation (ABC).
